All boats must attend briefing and register with the Nevis Yacht Club on or before 17:00 hours Friday October 15, 2009. All overseas boats must clear customs and immigrations. Customs and immigration clearance at Oualie 16:00 hours October 15. If you arrive prior to this time and wish to leave your boat, you MUST clear your vessel in town.
Overseas boats must FAX 869-469-9817, call 869-662-9403, or e-mail info@nevisyachtclub.com no later than October 02, 2010 for advance registration discount.

- Lines in 05:00 hours
- Lines out 14:30 hours
- All boats must be in the bay at Oualie by 15:00 hours.
- Weigh-in will start at 15:00 hours
- Prize Presentation and dinner will follow weigh-in at 6:00 PM at Oualie Beach site.
